Improve compensation and benefits, build a workplace culture that does not exhaust staff, and secure resources to invest in people and systems. Restore the staff overseas-training program and allow unpaid self-development leave.
We will grow staff into experts in running the university: deeper administrative professionalism, AX-based job innovation that cuts repetitive work, and career paths redesigned to continue past retirement.
